Natural History Museum

I decided to do a bit of solo exploring today and took a trip to South Kensington to visit the Natural History Museum. I got there at around 10.30am (the museum opened at 10am) and there was already a queue to get in! Quick tip; the Exhibition Road entrance tends to be less busy than the main Cromwell Road entrance. I think the latter is more convenient to get to the popular Dinosaur zone, but the alternative entrance is worth it to avoid waiting in line for too long. Everything I saw was intriguing in some way, but honestly I was more in awe of the details in the building; a spacious grand central hall, majestic stairs, intricate details on the columns and pillars and beautiful hallways. I felt like a Hogwarts student :)

This photo was taken especially for my friend Nissa who thinks reptiles are (in-her-own-word) 'cute'
